Throughout her twenties Catherine discovered the importance and benefits of nutrition
and experienced at first hand how this can change energy levels and improve skin
problems. In pursuing her interest in nutrition, she studied at the
Institute for Optimum Nutrition for three years - this experience changed
her life and outlook completely.
She has now set up clinical practice in Edinburgh and Aberdeen and is trained to apply the principles of Optimum Nutrition and specialises in providing personal nutritional programmes tailored to individual health and lifestyle needs. Her clients range from young to elderly with a wide range of health issues.
She believes that nutrition has to be realistic in everyday life and is dedicated to making nutrition approachable and enjoyable whilst supporting clients to achieve dietary change and support their own health.
She is a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy and is allied to the association's codes of ethics and practice
Catherine is a Nutritional Therapist practicing in Edinburgh and Aberdeen, Scotland.
She is a graduate of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy.
